An initiative for integration and evolution
These words encapsulate the vision of our CEO Stefano Goberti, who visited Plenitude offices around the globe between 2022 and 2023. His aim was to enhance knowledge and integration across our business units, fostering open dialogue between top management and employees.
His tour included stops in various countries where we operate, including: Milan, Turin, Naples, Rome, Paris, Madrid, Santander, Thessaloniki, Ljubljana, Kazakhstan and the United States.

The #Ceontheroad project has allowed us to build stronger relationships, engaging our people in the evolution of Plenitude and strengthening their sense of belonging. It also provided a valuable opportunity to share and discuss the company’s goals in an informal and transparent way.
