From traditional stores to experiential shops where digital solutions and physical supports interact to showcase the home of the future, making you feel at home.

In 2022, Plenitude revolutionized its customer experience by transforming it into an opportunity to broaden customers' horizons. The traditional store evolved into a welcoming space with the warm and familiar atmosphere of a home. This deep transformation, aligned with the rebranding, led to the creation of a concept store focused on customer needs and a value proposition consistent with the company’s principles.
State-of-the-art technological solutions integrate with a design that inspires familiarity in Plenitude's new experiential store model. The goal is to offer customers a comfortable environment for personalized consultations.
Every detail, from the very first visual contact, is designed to communicate Plenitude’s values. The ‘fifth showcase’, a lightweight and transparent external structure, captures attention and serves as the first touchpoint. The full visibility of the interior conveys a sense of openness, an explicit invitation to step inside and discover the Plenitude experience.
Crossing the threshold, customers are immediately immersed in Plenitude’s world. Distinctive furnishings that reflect the brand’s color language combine with digital displays to showcase events, promotions, and content, creating an engaging atmosphere. The consultation area is designed to facilitate interaction between customer and consultant, featuring an air purifier that merges nature, technology, and design for enhanced comfort.
The heart of the edutainment experience is the Greenwall, an interactive wall that allows customers to "touch and feel" Plenitude’s products and commitment to innovative energy efficiency solutions. By pressing physical buttons on the Greenwall, customers can select one or more products (such as solar panels, air conditioning systems, boilers, etc.), activating the LED Channels, a sequential lighting system that visually demonstrates potential energy savings through various light combinations.
What makes this retail model truly unique are the values it embodies, which reflect those of the company. Some stores are designed to minimize environmental impact through sustainable construction and maintenance practices. The LEED certification[1], achieved for certain locations and stores, highlights Plenitude’s commitment to energy efficiency, water conservation, and targeted corporate policies, such as responsible waste and procurement management.
Innovation, customer-centricity, and an integrated approach to sustainability: these are the core values driving the project. These principles translate into a strategy based on two pillars: edutainment, which blends education and entertainment, and the phygital experience, which creates synergy between digital and physical channels. The technological solutions adopted support this philosophy, guiding the customer journey in an omnichannel approach. Customers can start their journey online and complete it in-store, finding a stimulating environment and knowledgeable consultants ready to meet their needs. This scalable, modular, and replicable model has enabled a uniform renovation of stores across the territory, involving affiliated partners in this transformation.
This innovative approach was awarded the Absolute Winner at the Innova Retail Award 2024-2025[2]. The jury, composed of managers, professionals, and retail industry experts, recognized Plenitude’s ability to enhance “a product and service category typically perceived as a commodity” through a project focused on customer centrality and a value proposition aligned with efficiency and energy-saving principles.
The official statement highlights how Plenitude successfully gave its stores a welcoming ‘home-like’ atmosphere, offering an ever-expanding range of products within a concept based on “edutainment”.
The new Plenitude store informs, educates, and guides customers toward more conscious energy choices. In this way, the store is not the endpoint but rather the beginning of a journey that reshapes the approach to energy, seamlessly integrating physical and digital elements into a warm and welcoming experience, one that truly feels like home.
