PleniTalks: the time for dialogue

Listening and sharing are at the heart of the PleniTalks journey, which has taken our CEO, Stefano Goberti, to offices around the world. A journey that began three years ago and is still ongoing.

What remains beyond our screens when we end a call? Even though technology allows us to be everywhere and stay constantly connected, answering this question means rediscovering the value of being present and the energy that comes from a handshake and looking each other in the eye.
Bridging distances and prioritising this approach remains the foundation of PleniTalks, the evolution of the “CEO on the Road” format launched in 2022. What has changed? The project places an even stronger emphasis on dialogue between CEO Stefano Goberti and the people who, in offices around the world, bring the “talk” to life—making it a truly open, accessible and transparent exchange designed to break down distances.

“Listening is always the starting point. That’s where trust begins, and that’s why I often say that working at Plenitude means not just joining a company, but embarking on a journey shaped by direct dialogue, everyday actions and the way we stay connected.”

The shared stage

This dialogue-driven approach is reflected in a format that goes beyond the traditional presentation, where the CEO presents the strategy in an accessible way to an audience that listens and engages. The setting is informal: the CEO sits among colleagues, and the Q&A space is open, direct and unfiltered. But the true heart of the format is the shared stage. It is the people of Plenitude, from different business areas, who present the strategic projects they are working on. This is a valuable opportunity in which sharing goals and strategies strengthens the link between everyday work and the company’s overall strategic objective.
When the formal session ends, the dialogue continues in a convivial moment, in a more relaxed atmosphere, showing how PleniTalks is a true catalyst for integration and cohesion.

A journey to bridge distances

To bring this dialogue to life, CEO Stefano Goberti has travelled the miles separating Plenitude’s 15 offices around the world: from Palermo to Paris, from Santander to Greece, from Kazakhstan to the United States. Thus began a journey—still ongoing—capable of “bridging distances”: not only geographical ones, but also those between people within the company, different roles, and digital knowledge and real, in-person experience.

“In every Plenitude location, I have had the privilege of sharing the evolution of our company and, above all, of listening to the stories, experiences and ideas of those who support its growth.
The enthusiasm and expertise of our people are the driving force that makes Plenitude’s mission possible.”

The time dedicated to one another expresses a clear desire to put people at the centre. Indeed, while digital tools have supported and connected us with the world, we can say that initiatives like PleniTalks generate a value that makes communication truly effective and able to speak directly to people’s hearts.
