What’s the spark that drives us to give our best every day? This question opened the first dialogue of the Plenitude Cultural Hubs, Plenitude’s internal initiative designed to put people and the values that unite them at the centre.
Where does the passion that fuels our daily commitment come from, even in the most challenging contexts? This question inspired the creation of the Plenitude Cultural Hubs, a new project that gives voice and substance to the values that guide Plenitude’s people, both inside and outside their professional lives. An initiative that doesn’t aim to provide answers, but rather to spark open dialogue.
Plenitude Cultural Hub is a project with a dual soul: on one hand, physical spaces where company culture becomes tangible; on the other, spaces for dialogue with a series of events designed to stimulate discussion. The physical Hubs are present in all Plenitude offices worldwide: open and welcoming, they are designed to foster connection and conversation. While maintaining a unified style that makes them instantly recognizable, each Hub is unique. Its identity is enriched by the history and culture of the country hosting it, creating a strong link between the company’s roots and local communities. This approach blends Plenitude’s global dimension with its local presence, promoting a climate of inclusivity and collaboration that strengthens the sense of belonging.
But beyond the physical space, the Cultural Hubs are also moments of encounter and exchange: the “Cultural Talks”, a series of meetings created to give voice to the values that unite us, each focusing on a different theme. Every talk is sparked by the testimony of an external guest, invited to broaden perspectives and ignite conversation. The first event began with a reflection on passion, a value that inspires ideas and action. Kicking off the discussion was Giampaolo Ricci, captain of Olimpia Milano. For him, passion isn’t an abstract feeling, but a concrete act: showing up each day and laying your “brick” toward a shared goal, through a career that included setbacks and struggles before reaching the top league and the national team.
His story sparked a cross-border dialogue, from Milan to Kazakhstan, from Turin to Spain. Different visions emerged: for some, passion means “giving 100% every day”, for others, it’s “a moment without time limits”, while colleagues from Kazakhstan described it as an inner energy that turns a “task” into a personal “mission”. Different perspectives that all capture a living emotion, with its challenges, highs, and lows. Indeed, even the “lack of passion” is part of the journey, a valuable thermometer for rediscovering what truly matters.
So how do you reignite the flame when it fades? The answers traced a map of three key elements: human connection, nourished by the support of colleagues, friends, and shared goals; a sense of belonging to a common project, where everyone’s contribution matters; personal balance, rediscovered through contact with nature, loved ones, and one’s own creative side.
This first event was more than just a conversation: it was an act of co-creation.
That’s exactly what the Cultural Hubs are for: transforming reflections into a shared interpretation of the principles that guide our work. The voices and experiences from each talk will contribute to a global storytelling initiative, a way to make Plenitude’s culture visible and tangible through the stories of those who live it every day. The dialogue has just begun.
