Applications are now open for a team of creators who, after a dedicated training program, will narrate the energy transition on Plenitude’s social media channels.

The energy transition is a complex process that requires not only technological innovation and strategic vision, but also clear, authoritative storytelling, capable of engaging a broad, multigenerational audience. In this context, communication plays a central role: turning complexity into knowledge and helping people feel informed and actively involved in the changes underway.

That’s the idea behind the Plenitude Creator Bootcamp, an initiative that follows in the footsteps of projects like Plenitude House on TikTok, aiming to strengthen dialogue with younger generations through their own languages and platforms.

A selection of new digital communicators

The Plenitude Creator Bootcamp is a training program designed for aspiring content creators passionate about energy, innovation, and technology. The initiative begins with an online casting call, open until July 15 2025, from which a panel of experts will select the 15 most promising candidates. These selected participants will take part in a five-day intensive training program in Milan, running from September 15 to 19. At the end of the bootcamp, the 6 most talented creators will be chosen to join the Plenitude Creator Team: an official group of ambassadors who, for one year, will be the faces and voices behind Plenitude’s social media storytelling.

A journey through technical knowledge and digital storytelling

The Bootcamp program has been designed to blend technical expertise with the latest in digital communication. Across the five days, participants will attend a series of workshops and masterclasses exploring the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition, with a special focus on solar energy, wind power and electric mobility. Alongside technical training in the energy sector, creators will learn skills in communication, content creation, editing and digital marketing.

Participants will be guided by a qualified team of Mentors, including Plenitude experts and engineers, science journalists, educators and digital communication professionals. The goal is to equip participants with the tools to translate technical complexity into accurate, engaging and accessible content, tailored to platforms like TikTok.

At the end of the Bootcamp, the six selected creators will become ambassadors of Plenitude’s ongoing social media storytelling. The Creator Team will be tasked with addressing energy education from every angle, through dedicated series and specific content formats. A key selection criterion is diversity, ensuring a range of profiles able to connect with audiences of different ages and lifestyles, making the topic of energy relevant and relatable to everyday life.

The Bootcamp winners

The Plenitude Creator Bootcamp has come to an end with the selection of six creators who are now officially part of the Plenitude Creator Team. After completing the training programme, the PleniDudes have already started collaborating with Plenitude to produce editorial content for the brand’s social channels, helping tell the story of the energy transition through different languages, formats, and perspectives.

The team is made up of Ludovico, a political science graduate and storyteller who shares the places and people behind energy; Sergio, an engineer with an ironic, practical approach to technology; Alessia, a science communicator who makes energy topics easier to understand with creativity; Bianca, an environmental engineering student who brings energy into everyday life; Andrea, an energy engineer passionate about data and innovation; and Gianluca, a performer and creator who tells the story of energy through movement, experiences, and connecting with people.

The project now moves into its operational phase: an ongoing narrative that will support Plenitude over the coming months, with the aim of making energy an increasingly relatable, understandable, and relevant topic for younger generations.
